Spice Jet Airlines — fraudulent charges

I booked 4 tickets on 18 june 2014 for a round trip from Chandigarh to Srinagar. PNR number : T4M4MF. Date of return journey was 19 july 2014 but in the ticket it appeared as 19 August 2014. I tried to modify the ticket by clicking on the MODIFY button available on your website. The site asked me for an additional 14000 Rs which i paid through internet banking. But inspite of this, the return journey date was not changed. Then i rang up the help desk and was advised to get my ticket cancelled. On cancellation a hefty amount of Rs 12000 was charged as cancellation charges. This inspite of the fact that i wanted to fly with your airlines only and was willing to get another ticket booked. I am still flying on the said dates by your airlines only. Please refund Rs 12000 which you are charging as cancellation charges. I have not yet received the balance amount also.
