Hello,
I had a flight from Khajuraho to New Delhi today scheduled at 5:40 pm.
When I reached the counter, the female with the name “Aasna Hashmi” did the worse that she could. She said my baggage is heavy, check in is close sand I have to pay 4, 000₹ (the actual cost of a one person flight) if I need a boarding pass. She did the same thing from the customer who was ahead of me and I saw him paying 6000₹ extra.
- Please note for the same flight, I had traveled with a heavier bag and they took my bag near the plane where the crew is present. With absolutely no hassles.
- On the other scenario, the same flight had accepted me when I reached 30 min prior the scheduled departure time.
- I have also seen MLAs arriving 5 min prior and boarding the flight with no questions asked on check in counter being closed.
- the most shocking part was my bag became completely empty when it weighted 7 kgs, the most shocking part. It felt as if they have tampered their weighing scales so customers have to pay more money to compensate for the empty flight.
- this flight flies usually empty with empty seats every time.
With this whole experience I feel this was a strategy to harass customers make them pay more and make up for the empty seats.
This is utterly disappointing and the worse customer experience ever. I am filing an official complaint on this channel and would like this to be resolved. For those of you are wondering I had to keep my clothes with a coffee counter with a promise to pick them up jn 2 weeks. I am a frequent traveller to Khajuraho from Delhi, another reason to be disappointed by this crew to treat the customer in this way.
