Sir/mam,
I am writing this mail to express my grievance towards the harrasment faced while travelling through spicejet no. Sg8 1721405 from goa to new delhi, three passengers named amit, ashima, rihana (Seat no. 7a, 7b, 7c respectively).
1) the flight got 1 hour delayed owing to which we missed our booked train, we have no other means to reach chandigarh which leads to severe headache.
2) the most important we received our luggage in extremely poor condition, all the locks we borken and suitcase was teared.
3) we have taken priority luggage service, instead of receiving it first, we got th same in the last in poor condition.
4) last but not least when we explain all this to one of your respentative at new delhi airport, instead of showing us right path he was quite rude and said i cant help on this. It is quite common to happen.
I am afraid in the future of taking spicejet as my mode of travelling. For your reference here i am attaching all the picture and documents.
I hope you take my faced problem into your account and ll take necessary action.
