I booked my tickets ftom delhi to male. At the time of checkins, they have a issue of prefix with my name. I get it correct within 5 minutes then they were like we close our checkins.. by requesting to them, luckily we got clearance and went for immigration further. There no issue with the immigration officer, everything went fine. I reached to my gate number, waited over there an at the time of departure, a person named Manoj called my name and strted checking my documents. At first he said there's issue with the prefix that Mr. Is showing in my pc, when i showed him updated ticket with the corrections, he said its not been updated in my system. Afterwards he started checking my all documents. Then he asked for my medical certificate, when i showed him my medical, then he has a point that my medical has expired. I showed him the official mail from IRCC that depicts my medical will expire on 17th august. Then again he has issues that he need it on papers, printinted form. When i said that its from official ircc site. After considering medical, then he gave me reason that you are not having approval from the canada. When i asked my which approval? I have visa i booked my tickets, i did all the necessary stuff which is required. He said he didnt got approval for me from the backend, so he denied and stopped me to board. Like he didnt want me to not to board the flight either their airline was full or what. I dont know. There's one passenger waiting over there and he agrees to drop his flight so that i can travel.Suddenly, the person manoj agrees and said mam you will go. Show your rtpc and boarding pass, we will get your approval afterwards( which approval dont know). But the person sitting next to manoj, denied abd refused on my boarding. Like they dont want for what reason or else their flight was fool. I dont know, on asking for provide me in writing that why you dont allow me to board. He simply refused. I want to file a complaint against them on harrasing me mentally and financially. Please look into the matter and resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? |
