Spice Jet Airlines — I am complaining about my full refund from spicejet

I booked 4 return flight tickets from spicejet on 27th February 2020 for Mumbai to Bagdogra. Travel date was between 2nd May 2020 to 10th May 2020. Due to covid restrictions, all the flights got cancelled. Since then I have been requesting the company's customer care to provide me a full refund. But they are stalling every single time. At first, they asked us to wait till 31st March 2021 or to use the money from credit shell but we refused. They said if we didn't use the credit shell till 31st March, then they will provide refund. We called them many times since then but they are stalling us till date saying there is a technical problem and we have to wait 15 days every time we call them. I have a covid patient at home and I really need the money for treatment. I said this to them but they are so insensitive that they didn't even bother to respond properly. Please take some action against them.
