I am trying to get a travel certificate for one my old travel with spicejet (Pnr:r3ezrr, date: 03/02/2019). So, i have called to the customer care and they informed since it is more than 18 months old travel, they cant provide the certificate and asked to contact to [protected]@spicejet.com. The customer relation team replied that they cant send me any payment link or travel certificate and asked me to contact customer care again. This whole cycle of forwarding to each has happened multiple times. Its been more than 10 days i am struggling to get the travel certificate. Was this information helpful? |
