Spice Jet Airlines — i haven't received my refund amount - due to flight cancellation

Chandra prakash here...
I was missed my flight due to some personal issue my pnr - jdj7ma on 15 march... I informed to customer care... They said you can raise request after 24 hours, again i called after 2 day, they said you will get only 798 on your paytm, or bank account... And they said your amount o[censored]nder process... After 7 days again i asked about my refund they said it's processed from his side. They said contact your third party... Paytm but paytm said still there is not received... From spicejet
... For 798 i almost waste my time... I thought that might be it will come late... But almost 40 days gone... But i don't have any hope right now great experience from spicejet...
