Spice Jet Airlines — in flight service in spicejet bagdogra delhi flight sg 196

Dear Kamal

Just landed and am reporting the very unprofessional and untrained crew you have .

Couldn't get water after 3 reminders in a duration of hour or more

Until the descend no one came or asked for sale of refreshments

On complaint to the crew in charge she also was absolutely indifferent n callous. Just trying to enact a drama before the passengers

Overall on seeing them work they appeared to be completely untrained crew .

Yiu may look into it.

Updated by Rajiv R Thakur Further I also talked to the pilot and have informed him.

At bagdogra airport we were made to stand inside the bus after reaching the aircraft for 10 mins as the craft was not clean n ready .

I didn't see any rationale for pushing the passengers out of the waiting area when the craft was not ready .

My PNR is C6FF5S, traveling to Hyderabad sch departure was 5.40 PM, but till now flight already delayed by one hour but no body is here to gives us information and even though not given any snacks
