Spice Jet Airlines — Inconvenience due to large delay in departure time and request for refund

Hi,
      On 09th June 2023, I had a flight from Delhi to Srinagar with a departure time of 10:40AM. By the time, I reached the Airport it was informed to me that flight got delayed to 11:50AM. I got my boarding pass and got security checked-in.
At 11:00 AM, they changed the departure time to 4:40PM, which was way too late. After inquiry, they didn't provide us any proper reason for delay. SpiceJet staff was not present at the inquiry counter. We took help from the Indigo staff and they called SpiceJet staff to help us. This process itself took about 1-2 hrs. Taking help from other airlines, itself depicts how unprofessional SpiceJet staff is.

After meeting the SpiceJet staff, I requested for lounge access as the delay time was about 6hrs, but they denied. We asked for compensation, nothing was provided. We had to wait till the boarding time which again got extended by 1hr, and time of departure was 5:20 pm now.

The flight finally took off at 6:30pm and I reached Srinagar at 8:00pm.
Inconvenience caused:
1. I booked the morning flight as I had to go to sopore from Srinagar airport which more than 50km away. I reached at 8:00pm and took a sharing cab. I went to Srinagar for the first time, my sim stopped working. I couldn't to communicate to my parents. Being a girl, I was extremely scared in the sharing cab as it had no female co-passengers inside. Will SpiceJet take responsibility if anything would have happened to me?
2. I had booked a taxi to pick me up in the morning at 12:30pm, since the delay was more than 7hrs, taxi driver denied to pick me up and I didn't get any reimbursement of my money. Who will be responsible for that?
3. I got my hotel booked in Pahalgam, where I was supposed to reach in the same day, but I couldn't. I didn't receive any reimbursement for the booking too.

I request the consumer support team to please consider the above complaint about SpiceJet airlines and provide me full reimbursement of the Airlines ticket and compensation for the above grievances.
