Spice Jet Airlines — Issue with my refund

Hi Team,

Spicejet last year cancelled by booking due to covid lockdown and blocked my money in the form of credit shell. Its been an year and they dont have flights available and whenever there is any available flight they cancel the same couple of weeks back. Its almost been an year and my money is still stuck. I have requested them to initiate my refund but they refused. Kindly assist as this is a matter o[censored]rgency.
