Spice Jet Airlines — Lock was missing from bag | |||||
I have travelled on 22nd January 2017 from Ahmedabad to Mumbai via SG 636 flight. I have checked in 2 luggage bags. One bag was locked. When I received my luggage at Mumbai Airport, the chain was broken from bag and lock was missing. I immediately reported the complaint at Mumbai airport and luggage counter service executive had taken the pic of it and assured me that I will be getting a call and compensation because of their fault. Next day I got the call from SpiceJet executive and I came to know they have changed my subject to lock was damaged instead of the lock was missing. And as per their policy, I won't get any compensation for if the bag was damaged. Was this information helpful? | |||||
