Spice Jet Airlines — loss of baggage and refund amount | |||
Pnr jdqrxa, date of journey was 30/03/2019 and on arrival at destination airport check in baggage was lost, report was created by illiterate spicejet authorities who didnt even knew spelling of purple exactly. Wrote many emails and tried contacting many times but no satisfactory reply was received and finally today they declared baggage as lost and offered refund amount of 3000 as 15kg*200rs. How can they even calculate the material kept inside by just weight of checkin baggage? I have lost item for more then 60-70k. And they are offering just compensation of 3000rs. Pathetic. Kindly boycott such airline as it is having maximum number of misplaced baggage. They dont even treat you properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
