Spice Jet Airlines — lost baggage not resolves

We flew from kolkata to new delhi on dec 2 2019. But one of our baggage was left in kolkata airport because the staff at the check-in desk did not tag our baggage! The customer service people at the delhi airport promised us to send over our baggage on the next flight later in the afternoon and then have the baggage delivered to our hotel in new delhi on the same night, but that didn't happen. We are leaving new delhi on dec 3 night, so we really need our baggage before that! We called the customer service multiple times but they were unable to resolve this issue, and all the people we talked to had a rude attitude! This is the first time we travelled to india, but we feel very disappointed at the customer service quality at spicejet. We sure will never do any business with them. This is absolutely unacceptable!
