Spice Jet Airlines — Lost luggage during travel from Mangalore | |||
I arrived at Mumbai from Mangalore by spicejet flight SG 444 on 25th May, 2015. I have handed over 3 bags to spicejet counter at Mangalore airport. However on arrival at Mumbai I have received only 2 bags. 1 orange color trolly bag (Tom & Jerry picture on the cover of the bag) found to be missing and could not be located by the Spicejet support staff at mumbai airport till date. We have immediately logged the complaint of missing bag on the spicejet baggage service counter at mumbai airport. SpiceJet staff has asked us to fill complaint form indicating the details of the lost bag including PNR No., Our contact details, bag identification serial number which we have provided upfront and handed over to Ms. Surabhi. We have been assured by the staff that our complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. We have been following up with spicejet for last 2 days but no favorable reply received so far neighter any concrete information on missing bag. Looking forward for receipt of our missing bag at earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
