Spice Jet Airlines — luggage missing dubai to mumbai flight 6 aug 2019

I was traveling to dubai to goa for very special reason.in dubai to mumbai i missed my lauggage in flight numbers sg014

No buddy give me any proper information
Till now i didn’t get my luggage
I had very important clothes and gift. Now tell me what should i do
This much irresponsible things by spicejet
You guys don’t care about castumer feeling
