Spice Jet Airlines — meals opted while booking ticket, however during my journey we are not provided with the same

My pnr is kej3ua, travel date:19.11.2019, flight no. Sg376, from mumbai to patna.in my ticket it is clearly mentioned that we have opted for meal during the journey. However, it is not provided during the journey. Due to this we have to suffer and i am travelling with my baby alone. So it is very horrible experience that the crew member not guided me properly. I am attaching the print of ticket i took out while booking the ticket.
