Hi my name is prashant shetty from mumbai boarded flightsg 154 dated 19-nov-16 departing at 7:05 pm from kochi to mumbai. My pnr is fg25mb. Im frustrated and worst flight ever. I jst wanted a tablet for headache first spoke to female at a counter as the pain was unbearable. I asked her help for first aid she knew nothing. She told me wait and went off. I called the customer service spoke to a female called v dinesh she told arranged but no help called again helpline he disconncted called third time spoke to abhishek he say give phone i asked a lady frm spice jet she says we dont have check in plane.
Trust me you guys gave me stress to the core.
I need what actions will me takin or else i will be taking this matter.
