I have web checked for 3rd dec.16 at seat no. 15a and 15b. I have also reported at your counter at 5.00am for fresh boarding pass and the staff at counter has informed us there is no need for fresh boarding pass. Even your staff has not informed the gate no. To us. We are both female passenger and after security checking we are free to board but we are not able to trace the gate. Any how some lady operational manager informed my husband for reporting at gate no.4 and my husband already informed them that the passengers are already at airport and they have checked the security and able to report within 5 minutes at around 5.20. Am. After knowing the gate no.4 both the passengers have reported at 5.30am sharp at gate no.4. The man on duty has misbehaved and asked us to wait and consult sr. Managers. Finally at 5.50am he has refused for boarding.
When going back also none of your staff cooperated us to exit the gate. After long persuasion he has agreed to inform the security for exit.. After that we have telephoned so many times to customer care and waiting long time to contact them. After so many requests and mails we have received the reply that we have not reported at time. This can be checked from the cctv camera also that the gate was closed before 5.30am sharp.
After long persuasion only i have received the reply that you have reported at 5.41am which clearly shows the malafide intentions of the staff on duty and misbehave us. It is requested to please inquire the time for reported at counter and gate.. You are also requested to please take necessary action in this regard and also reimburse the amount spent on alternative arrangements, other travelling charges plus mental harassment.
