Spice Jet Airlines — Misbehaviour of ground staff

On 26 jan 17 i had a flight from kolkata to bangalore at 1710 hrs.i arrived at the airport 50 min prior to my flight time.i already knew that i might not be allowed to board the flight as i was running late but there was no problem in giving it a try.i got my baggage checked priliminarily then approached towards the counters.a huge n long queue was waiting the turn.now it was 45 min left.there was one gentleman staff who was in a way standing in the corner assisting people(thats what he felt) and NO ANNOUNCEMENTS OR CALL FOR SPEEDING UP FOR THE BOARDING OF FLIGHT to bangalore was done at any moment by any ground staff.so as a passenger i couldnt have broken the queue and barged to any counter without their help automatically.no other passenger would have liked it so i waited.when i came to the counter the ground staff MISS ANKITA MUKHERJEE who was handing over the boarding pass just told me that maam you are late.i told her that please check from ahead if its still possible because i will take the baggage as hand baggage is it possible any way that i can board the flight because for 10 min i was standing in the queue because the time then was 1642 hrs.i requested her if something can be done a call or something.she turned down my request and said nothing can be done which was understandable but then she added NO MAAM YOU WERE NOT STANDING ON THE QUEUE FOR 10 MIN SIR HAS SEEN THAT AND TOLD ME YOU ARE NOT SAYING THE RIGHT THING WE CANNT HELP YOU.
Now, firstly i understand perfectly for security issues if a passenger is not allowed to boardflight at the last hour but on what ground did she say that i have not been standing in the queue for 10 min which meant i was lying.pl check your cameras.it depicts RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF BEHAVIOUR.
Secondly she said she has asked SIR for confirmation.now does the ground Staff of Spicejet is trained to carry on their daily work on WORD OF MOUTH of a co employee.are they taught to believe in the TELL TALES.is this the way they are taught to work? If that is so then IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.and let me tell you the way Miss Ankita Mukherjee spoke IT WAS DEFAMING.
Thirdly i also understand that when the flight is missed the passengers are generally angry.so me too.but still i did not misbehave with your staff.IT WAS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO ATLEAST ESCORT ME OUT OF THE MAIN GATE.because authorities are aware about the rules but not the passenger who like me had missed the flight for the first time.THEY NEITHER ESCORTED ME, NOR HELPED ME TO FIND MY WAY OUT, THEY WERE NOT EVEN READY TO GUIDE ME AND SPEAK TO ME FURTHER.THEY WERE NOT EVEN READY TO ESTABLISH ANY FACE TO FACE EYE CONTACT AND COMMUNICATE WITH ME.Miss Mukherjee fled from her seat not meeting my eye as if either o[censored]s has committed a huge crime.it was not expected.i can understand not allowing me to board the flight but what was that kind of display of behaviour.she gave a very rude reply on asking her name because i had made up my mind to let the airline know about the grooming of their ground staff which is not a matter to be proud of.
Fourthly when none of your red uniformed spicejet ground staff help me to find my way out i tried it through the main entry where i was stopped by the CISF guy who explained me that a staff has to escort me out they cannt allow me to go out by the same gate.then i again dragged my baggage to the PRELIM BAGGAGE CHECK place where two gentlemen were sitting.initially they told me to contact the ground crew but when i explained that MISS MUKHERJEE, "SIR" and PARTY is not even ready to communicate with me, fled from counter after defaming me i do not even expect them to help me, escorting me out is a far fledged issue.then MR RAHUL accompanied me and escorted me till the exit.
All i plan to achieve after narrating the whole story is ABSOLUTE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM OF SPICEJET GROUND CREW and they specifically should be groomed well on behavioural issues.they are the last point contact between the company and the passengers therefore their impression on the passengers is very important.and in case like mine even if a passenger has missed the flight but the staff is dutybound to help them till the exit but not show the OUTCAST DISOWNING attitude.
If spicejet considers itself to be a company which does a business but service is its creed then this particular example and behaviour of MISS ANKITA MUKHERJEE is a huge black spot on it.Personally i will choose never to fly with Spicejet henceforth the reason is your ground staff is not well mannered
