We have travelled through Spicejet from Delhi to chennai on DEcember 31st 2022 in 6:50PM flight with PNR-KCR6QJ.We have give 4 bags in checkin and received an email on successful checkin.Upon arrival in chennai at 10PM on same day, we found that one bag out of the 4 was not delivered from the airlines.We have raised an complaint at the airport with all the details of the bag.The assistance staff and the help desk staff were very careless in giving any reponse and gets angry if we ask for any update.They say what can we do if your bag is missed.They are asking to wait with patience but no one gives any status update since these 10 days.
We got valuable and important clothes in the bag which are very important to us.
Note:At delhi airport the executive who took the checkin baggage was not fully educated on the procedure.She pasted wrong checkin details on our boarding pass.When asked she said sorry and said there is no problem with that.
We doubt she would have pasted a wrong details on the chekin bag as well.
We are really struggling to get any answer from the Spicejet management.They dont respect the customer or have any curtesy towards our situation.They say we are still seraching since 10days.
We have escalated to the nodal officer 5 days back.They did not reply at all.
