Spice Jet Airlines — missed flight

Dear sir/madam, i know my complaint has no value, but to relieve my pain, i am writing this. This surely junked and trashed by spicejet.

This morning dec 13 2019 have flight from maa - vtz. I had extra luggage, i went to pay at maa. I was second in q. The 2 of the female employees working there were taking and helping customers who are not in que. As a result i got bit delayed. Went though security and to the gate and gentlemen over there said, boarding closed. They sent requested me to talk to manager. So i went to the same counter and the way my request was handled by the lady working there was horrible. Projected it was my mistake. Then i went to check in counter to find who the manager was. This gentleman name is mr sharan kumar. Explained the situation. With a strong attitude, he didn't care. He did not even bother to explain me what my next steps were. I waited for an hour to get my luggage, some other lady worker took my boarding pass, never returned to me. Finally after an hour, my luggage came, they were asking me for boarding pass which i did not have it. Some how released my luggage. I wanted to get out of the airport. Then security personal did not let me, because spice jet has to sign me off. Then comes the story again. I went to spicejet counter. They wanted me to wait. How long?? I waited for more than half hour and men while i bought an other ticket different airlines. Some how that flight got cancelled for weather reason. But they helped to get out of the airport. What a horrible service by spice jet. Shame on the management and ceo of the spice jet for running such a useless organization, where the treatment given me to was like worse than a slave where slavery not been part of india. I would never buy this such a ruthless customer service airlines in case of emergency too. What if the customer is innocent, can't speak and they are old, they might even get a heart attack or get into panic situation with the nasty customer service of spicejet. What an shameless attitude of mr sharan kumar the ground manager for spice jet at maa.

I know this email goes to junk and of no value. But a passenger, i have to complain. Thanks for reading this, if you have come to this line in complaint. Appreciate your time. Please appreciate customer's time too. Today i was traveling for an emergency. No use for me to go tomorrow.
