Spice Jet Airlines — Money deducted but customised addons not added

I bought ticket for CCU-DEL ( PNR UEHJKW) .I purchased Rs.760 and Rs. 515 add on seat (2 times). The preferred seat is not showing in the ticket for Ms. Sudakshina Ghosh even after paying 2 times.
Please investigate and refund the balance amount to me.
