Spice Jet Airlines — money deducted from account but ticket is not issued.

I was booking ticket on 08 dec 2018 from spicejet app from cochin to pune for the travel on 21 jan 2019. While doing that the amount got deducted from my hdfc bank account, but while returning back to the spicejet site, there was some error on the portal. As a result the ticket was not booked. I got the message from my bank (Sms and email) regarding the amount deduction (Rs 3766) but i didn't get any confirmation regarding the spicejet site. Then i got suspicious and called the customer center. I gave him the details about the payment and waiting to hear back from spicejet.
