I tried to buy a ticket at the beginning of October. Something went wrong at the final stage saying “transaction hasn’t been successful”, but money was deducted actually and wasn’t returned automatically. 2.5 months of emails with spice jet, provided all the transaction details already twice, it’s still not processed. They send messages like “we understand it’s stressful for you, our team is working on it”, but it’s just a lie. I found multiple reviews like mine and it’s shocking how it’s possible. Their website / processing doesn’t work properly for a few years already, but they don’t care that they steal money, because money from failed transactions actually getting to their account.
