Spice Jet Airlines — Money Deducted No Tickets Poor customer service

Today I was booking my tickets from Srinagar to Delhi for 4th Oct, 2015. Spicejet deducted money from my online account & haven't issued any tickets to me. Moreover there customer care executives mentioned that we can't help it & you need to wait for 15 days for refund.
