Hi,
I have booked spicejet flight from Delhi to Chennai on 08-Oct-14, travel date 30-Dec-14 but the flight is cancelled before a week of journey. They claim that the amount will be refunded to my account within working days but the money is not credited in my account. Then I wrote a compliant mail to their customer service mail ID on 06-Jan-15 and I got reply from on 13jan-15 stating the refund is processed and you will receive the amount in 10 working days but till now I didn't received the amount. Everyday I am sending mail to them but no reply and I couldn't able to reach them in phone. There are holding my money for more than 4 months now from the date of booking.

Please suggest me what I have to do and I like to register a complaint against them for their worst customer service, negligence and not willing to repay the amount.
