Spice Jet Airlines — My luggage not received

Dear MS MISHRA (PNR: AEKYFN): Your baggage for SpiceJet flight SG 732 to Delhi has been successfully checked in. Baggage tag numbers are – [protected]...this is the message I received yesterday at 2.30 on but after reaching Delhi.i didn't received my luggage..and they told that I should filled one form to authority and my luggage will come by next flight i.e. 11.45 pm Goa to Delhi and I will get information from spicejet but I was waiting whole night and no. Given was switched off. It is highly unprofessional to treat the passenger like this..I m still waiting for my luggage.. please send my luggage back to me ASAP as my all important stuff is there..
