Spice Jet Airlines — my money got deducted but ticket didn't get booked

Updated by Arfannujoom I was booking 4 ticket on 9th july 2018 from spicejet.com from Bangalore to bagdogra for the travel on 15th july 2019. While doing that the amount got deducted from my INDIAN BANK account, but while returning back to the spicejet site, there was some error on the portal. As a result the ticket was not booked. I got the message from my bank (sms and email) regarding the amount deduction (Rs 18406) but I didn't get any confirmation regarding the spicejet site. Then I got suspicious and called the customer center. I gave him the details about the payment and waiting to hear back from spicejet. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com, please update on when this will be done.
