My flight was at 21:15 (Sg 424)... On that day i have reported to counter at 20:30, but they have not provided any support.
I think if they want they could help me at that time to board, because they were having 45 minutes to depart...
I want refund for my tickets and also wants that company should help their passenger (As your flights are getting delayed, in the same due to some unexpected reasons people may come late, if it is 10-20 minutes then it is difficult to help them out, but if more than 30-40 minutes is there then company must help them.
