I used Spicejet website to book a flight. As soon as I made the transaction, the website went to loading and then timed out. There was no booking made, but amount got debited from account. I have been trying to pursue the customer care for some information but receiving very delayed replies with nothing concrete. I have shared the transaction ID and all required information, and it has been more than one month but still there is not proper response other than "your patience is appreciated" and "we have forwarded the issue to required department". It's a huge amount and I am not even getting a proper reply other than the set standard and automated responses. Highly dissapointed and unsure of when and how can I get my money back which got stuck because of their own faulty website... even spicejet app is faulty. Was this information helpful? |
