I have been waiting for response since july2019
No coupon. No response
Nothing.
I was told that my mother in law is not related to me by blood so no full refund.
Spicejet expected me to travel in spite of death in the family 2 hours before the flight along with my daughters.
Help me with the email or contact number to approach the right person for justice.
I was offered refund and coupon.
Both not received. Inspite of several email. No one is responding
