Sir i ayushi sonam travelled on your flight in morning from patna to kolkata. On luggage issue your staff at patna airport charged extra money without listing to me. As 15 k. G maximum to carried by one passengers. Any how i have to paid 1500 rupees without excemting 15 k. G of org. Weight. On same day i filed complained num -1731644 pls solved my problem
