Spice Jet Airlines — no response on reschedule

I booked a flight ticket on 23-mar-2020 they itself extended on 24-mar-2020 due to coronavirus impact and also suggested by the government not to travel i want to extend my flight on 10-july-2020 have been trying to contact airline lot of times since they are not reachable i tried to contact happy easy go customer care they mentioned its completely call of spice jet you can contact to them, in this case, i need reschedule or refund.
