I have booked and cancelled air ticket bearing pnr no:p8nk5c on 13.03.2020 tour date and cancellation date is prior to lock down in our country, but till date, i have not received refund amount of the same. Do needful immediately for refund of cancellation of air ticket.

Till this date, I have not received refund amount in my credit card account. Do the needful on priority basis, since lots of time have been passed i.e. 13.03.2020 to till date - approximate three months lapsed.
