Spice Jet Airlines — non receipt of refund amount of cancellation of air ticket of pnr no:p8nk5c

I have registered complain since 15.04.2020 and sending regular reminder on this platform, but till date i have not received my refund amount of pnr no:p8nk5c, therefore, i once again and again request you to refund the amount immediately.
