I had a duplicate booking on spice jet which I cancelled on the same day of booking (October 18, 2022) under PNR CID12R. After repeated follow ups by phone and emails there seem to be no response from Spice jet call center except that the refund has been "initiated" on November 23, 2022. Till date the refund has not been credited to my credit card account and spicejet call centre refuses to provide any confirmation of payment made.
I have written email to [protected]@spicejet.com and [protected]@spicejet.com the emails bounce back and there is no feedback form emails marked to [protected]@spicejet.com. Was this information helpful? |
