With reference to the above subject and PNR no. I would like to bring to your attention that Spice Jet has not refunded the amount since 3 years.
I booked an air ticket with above PNR no. on 28th February 2020 and travel was planned for 17th April 2020 to Kochi and back on 25th April 2020 to Dubai.The flight was cancelled due to pandemic situations and I was eligible for full refund. That didnot happen until now.
Every time I sent an email, they say to wait since the issue is escalated to the higher authorities. I approached customer care, customer relations India and Dubai, Refunds in Spice Jet, Appellate Authority etc. All of them have the same answer and they have no shame in asking customers to wait. It has been 3 years since I am waiting for the refund. Refund of AED 1, 200 is not a big deal for a company like SpiceJet but for me, it is hard earned money.
Please see the latest email from Spicejet on Nov 2022 and the content is the same since years.
