I booked a ticket for self and my daughter from Chennai to Kolkata on 11.05.2022 and return for self from Kolkata to Chennai on 13.05.2022. While booking the air ticket online on the intervening night of 07/08.05.2022 a total of 03 failed transactions have taken place though the amount was deducted from account. The failed transaction were Rs 12282.00+Rs 5495.00+ Rs 5495.00= Rs 23272.00. The PNR No. of the journey was BCPIFG AND JHRH9U . Inspite of repeated email communication and phone call the amount has not been refunded to me till date. The auto complaint No. provided by Spicejet is 09872049. Was this information helpful? |
