Spice Jet Airlines — non-refund of money for cancelled flight

I have booked two tickets on the names of sindhura yarragangu & himavanth prathik yarragangu on dec 17th from hyd to goa with the PNR number-M34U4V. And also from goa to hyd on 21st dec with the PNR number-M34U4V, through 'make my trip.com'. MakeMyTrip booking ID is-NF[protected]. The cash refund for both these flights has not been done yet. I would kindly request you to adrress this issue.
