DEAR SIR,
Very sorry to complain about this matter.
The refund was delayed for more than a year.What is the fun in telling
that it will be settled at the earliest ?
You promised me it will be credited back to my account within TEN
days.Finding non crediting now i think that your intention is only to
hold on to my money unauthorized and hence make trouble to me.
My request is that it should be credited back to my account by 7.5.2021.
Else i will be forced to take remedial action against your company for
compensation by all legal means.
Hope you will not force me to go to that extent.
