[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — non refund of Ticket Amount

Hi, I had confirmed tickets for two people Mr. Vikas Saraf & Miss. Ishu Saraf of Spice Jet Flight (PNR No. G8NR6D) dated 22nd November.2014 from Kolkata-Delhi-Jammu(FlightsSG 868/SG 226) & returning tickets for 24th November 2014 from Jammu-Delhi-Kolkata(SG 852/SG 613) for which I have paid amount of Rs.15182.(14982+300 for preferred seat) but we got information that the flights got cancelled due to some operational reasons at last moment.Even I got a call from a person of your side that the flights are cancelled and i will be getting the refund within 3 days but i have not got my refund yet since its been a week. This kind of behaviour is not expected from a reputed flight like Spice Jet. Kindly give my refund as fast as possible.
