I am writing this complaint against non-refund for PNR - M8T6GS & PIB3MH.
The reason for request for refund was placed because the flight date changed by Spicejet and that also preponed by one day without confirmation from my side.
In the start, I have sent email for refund to Nodel officer of Spicejet (email communication attached) requesting them to refund the ticket amount. They have confirmed on the email that they have confirmed the refund and the refund will be completed within 21 days of confirmation.
Even after almost 2 months of confirmation for refund, they have not yet refunded.
I request you to kindly assist us and provide us justice.
