Spice Jet Airlines — not getting any help

Spicejet did not contact me till now after complaining about 5 times about my bag damaged despite fragile tag.. When cosumer complain ppl call me they ask me fr my upi i'd or card details which i got want to give.. How can i get my refund? Who will me help me regarding dis.. Why spicejet contact me. My 10, 000 rs bad damaged despite having fragile tag. Bt till now no ans from spicejet..

Updated by DrTasmin Ahmed Ur consumer complaints representative call me fr refund bt they want my card details which no body can share.. Wht kind of service u ppl provided.. I need proper investigation on dis.. Its it such kind of faurd..
