Spice Jet did mishandling my baggage from dubai to india. when I come to on indian airport i have found that my 1 bag is missing when i told to spicejet that my 1 bag is missing they give me a form to fill and assure me that i will receive my baggage in 3 days. i fill that form and went from airport towards my city. after 5 days i got a phone call that spice jet will return my baggage but when i went to receive my bag it was totally damaged even my things were broke in my bag and it was not repairable. i have got loss of near about 24000INR in it. when i complain to spice jet that its totally damaged bag and my things also broken then they offered me only 3000 INR. I didn't know what to do on that time so i accept their office because i thought that if i will not accept this offer i can not do anything in this case and if i don't except 3000 they will not give me 3000 also.
I have sent near about 10 to 11 mails after i got informed that they are ready to pay me 3000 INR now its been more than 1month and 15 days that they accept that they will give me money but still not i not get that money also. when i mailed them that why i not yet get my money in my account they have said that they have some issue and for that they are not yet able to transfer my money...
I want to know that spice jet is poor or they don't have money to transfer me ???????
For only 3000 INR they don't have ? Or they have got too many issues to tranfer only 3000 INR (its cost less than 50$)
Spice Jet give me too much headache just because of this small amount so now i will find each and eVERY PLACE that i can raise complain against spicejet airline.
