I booked a flight ticket using Spicejet website dated- 27/04/2022, but due to unforeseen reasons decided not the travel so made a cancellation on 17/05/2022.
As per the company i would have received the refund amount within 10 days of cancellation, but No refund is made till date.
And after writing a email to spicejet I always get a automated response that the query has been forwarded to the SpiceClub Customer Care team and they will get back to me in the next 24 hours, which they never call back & neither I am able to contact their support team on the number that is being provided on their website.
Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
