Spice Jet Airlines — not professional towards their service.

I had my flight today at 8pm and checked in at around 6.35 pm. I was available there at gate no 23, from 7.00pm. When i reached 23c at around 7.30pm i was informed by one of your staff member that they called me and messaged me about my flight. But i have shown him that their was not any call or message from his side/spice jet. I am very much dissatisfied with your hospitality towards passengers. I think the boarding was not closed at that time or may be yet to closed, the said staff at that gate might be polite towards me and could helped me on that situation. But he shouted at me and have not taken any action to put me inside the flight. As a research scholar, there is always scarcity of money in our hands. So i think you should modify your service towards passenger and how to deal if the passenger already checked in the airport but not in the flight at the boarding time. Learn some basics from your other contemporary airlines who always performing immense professional services towards their customers.
