I travelled from dubai to calicut on 4th may 2019 in spicejet sg054. The flight which was scheduled for 04:10 pm took off at 10:30pm. It was 6 hours 25 minutes delayed from the scheduled time.
After we reached the destination (Around 4:00am), all passengers waited for over one and a half hour at the arrival hall to receive the baggage after which they announced that 40 baggages were not loaded due to weight restriction. They asked us to write down our address and they would send the luggage home.
I was supposed to write an exam in the morning (Which was also the reason for travelling) for which i could not reach on time and obviously was not permitted to write the exam.
Never going to opt for spicejet again. No value for the money we pay. Poor service. When asked for food, the passengers were asked to wait and corporate with the flight. Is this what we have to corporate to?
I had confirmed twice from the spicejet dubai office about the maximum permissible luggage. If 30kgs per person would create weight restrictions, shouldn't that be informed prior to the flight??
I also had perishable items in the luggage which is obviously going to go unused. Is this the service we pay for??
Aren't we supposed to be informed during the flight or atleast after the flight if the luggage was not loaded. Irresponsible staff and the service during the flight was also very poor. Very rude airhostess. Was this information helpful? |
