A transaction was made on 16th June of Rs 9851/- towards a ticket booking . But the booking did not get completed and the amount was deducted from my bank account.
On speaking to a customer care executive I was informed that the amount will be credited to my account within 7-10 working days . This did not happen . I sent a mail to customer relations on 5th July . On 13th July I received a response from spicejet asking me to upload details of the transaction on the link provided . The web page for the link had only options o[censored]PI and debit card . My transaction was an internet banking transaction . I requested them to send the correct Link . Finally on speaking to a customer care executive i was asked to type out the transaction details and email ( something that i had already shared via an attached screenshot ) . I sent this mail, they informed me that it would take 20 days for a refund to be issued, this was on 14th July . On 24th Aug I repeated the mail with transaction details and again I was informed that I would have to wait for 20 days for a refund . It is now 28 Sep 2022 and I have still not received my refund !!!
