Spice Jet Airlines — Payment done but did not receive any flight confirmation details

I booked my flight today (14 august, 2021), payment done in full. But I did not get any confirmation detail, no pnr or seat number. I just got one reference ID which is ultimately if no use.
Either issue a confirmation document as soon as possible on the provided email id or phone number, or else issue a full refund on the provided bank details.
