I had three bookings last year under PNR # KE58GQ / DDNI3N / UIP88R under my and my family’s name but the flight got cancelled due to COVID pandemic and amount was allocated to my credit shell but unfortunately I was unable to use credit shell due to some technical error from Spicejet’s end which was informed them already. So I have requested spicejet to refund my amount INR 51284/- which was accepted by spicejet and requested my bank account details to process the refund.
I have provided all the required details to them on 7th april but even after 4 months the amount in not credited to given account. Whenever I asked them about refund status, always got one answer “ Refund is under process, Pls allow us some more time”. I have even copied Spicejet’s MD Mr. Ajay Singh & CCO Mr. Kamal Hingorani To my recent emails but action taken from there end either.
